Yes, it’s possible to brew with this kit manually. However, you’ll need to prepare your own:

For best results, we strongly recommend using the iGulu Smart Brewer. It automates fermentation, carbonation, and chilling, giving you consistent, high-quality beer with minimal effort.

Pilsner is a lager, brewed with bottom-fermenting yeast at cooler temperatures.
It’s cleaner and crisper than Pale Ale, which is an ale fermented warm and has more fruity notes.

Yes. We recommend:
*Temperature: 11–13°C
*Time: 10–12 days
*Chill for 24–48 hours afterward to clarify the beer
In Master Mode, you can customize it yourself. Craft Mode’s preset already adjusts for cold lager fermentation.

Totally normal.
Lager yeast ferments slower and more quietly at lower temps. As long as the App shows stable pressure/temperature and you see CO₂ building, the fermentation is healthy.
