Ensure your iGulu keg is clean and properly sanitized. Add room-temperature purified water to the 116 oz mark.
Pour the premix powder and salt into the keg, then stir well until fully mixed.
Sprinkle in the dry yeast. Do not stir after adding yeast; leave it undisturbed.
Seal the keg and place it into the iGulu machine. Properly connect the beer tube and air tube, then start the fermentation process.
Twelve days later, pour from the tap — already chilled, already sparkling, already clear.
