Deep amber and malt-forward, with notes of caramel, biscuit and toast, complemented by subtle classic hops and a clean, moderate bitterness.
British Bitter grew from the pale ales served on draught in British pubs in the late 1800s. Drinkers began calling these more hop-forward ales “Bitter” to distinguish them from the milder beers of the time.
Over time, the nickname became the name of a classic British pub style—not known for extreme bitterness, but for balance, drinkability and the easy pleasure of another pint.

Ensure your iGulu keg is clean and properly sanitized. Add room-temperature purified water to the 116 oz mark.

Pour the hop extract and malt extract into the keg, then stir well until fully mixed.

Sprinkle in the dry yeast. Do not stir after adding yeast; leave it undisturbed.

Seal the keg and place it into the iGulu machine. Properly connect the tube and air tube, then start the fermentation process.
Made for good food, easy conversation and another round.
