RECIPE BREWING TIME
The Dry Brewing Yeast #2 used in the kit is specifically designed for brewing wheat beers, with an optimal fermentation temperature range of 64˚- 71.6° F. During fermentation, it invariably produces rich flavors of banana, clove, and mild esters. At 64° F, a more pronounced smooth, fruity, banana flavor profile can be experienced. At 68° F, the flavor leans towards clove with a slightly warmer, bitter taste (alcohol).
