A: Keep unopened kits in a cool, dry place (50–68°F). Once opened, you can portion out what you need and seal the rest—just refrigerate and use within one week for best freshness.
Q: I already own a home brewing machine—can I use iGulu ingredient kits?
A: Yes! Our kits work with most standard smart brewing machines. Just double-check your machine’s compatibility for best results.
Q: What if my brew tastes too sweet?
A: Everyone’s taste is different. If it’s too sweet for you, simply switch your machine back to "Fermentation" mode and let it brew a few extra days. You can taste along the way using a CO₂ cylinder.
Q: Where are your ingredients made?
A: Our malt extracts are produced and processed in the U.S. Other ingredients—like hops and yeast—are sourced from France, then carefully packaged in China and imported to the U.S.
Q: How long will the finished drink stay fresh?
