new favorite diy drink

I was a little intimidated at first, but this kit made brewing kombucha surprisingly easy--and fun! The instructions were clear, and the results? Better than store-bought. Can't wait to try some fruit flavors next!

I've tried making kombucha before but it's always been a hassle but this kit made it super easy. The scoby looked super healthy, and the batch came out fizzy and refreshing. Already on my third brew!

Great Kombucha

I purchased this kit to start making my own kombucha. The included SCOOBY can be reused for your next batch(es).

I am pleased with the flavor from this SCOOBY, and the tea included in the kit was also of great quality. I used frozen raspberries to flavor the second ferment, and was really happy with the way everything turned out!

I ignored the rfid scan for the recipe, and instead used:

Ferment 1: 79 degrees with no pressure for 10 days
Ferment 2: 79 degrees with pressure for 3 days
Cooled overnight, then bottled (or you can just keep it in your iGulu and dispense from there).
