Yes, it’s possible to brew with this kit manually. However, you’ll need to prepare your own:

1. Mosaic hops are known for their complex, multi-layered aroma, often described as:
*Tropical fruit: mango, pineapple
*Citrus: lime, tangerine
*Berry: blueberry notes in particular
*Earthy & herbal undertones
It's called “Mosaic” for a reason—it offers a colorful spectrum of flavors in one hop.

2. Best occasions to enjoy beers brewed with Mosaic:

In Craft Mode, fermentation takes about 10days.
If using Master Mode:
*Set temperature at 20–22°C
*Set time to 6–8 days
*Optional: add a 1-day holding period for a smoother flavor
