Delivery and Usage Terms and Conditions

Delivery Terms:
1. Delivery Timeframe:iGulu endeavors to deliver your products within a specified timeframe, depending on the product version and production capabilities. The delivery period typically ranges between two and eighty (2-80) weeks from the contract initiation. Actual delivery times may vary, and customers may agree to extended delivery periods exceeding thirty (30) days after order confirmation.
2. Shipping Estimates:
Any provided delivery or shipment dates are approximations. iGulu is not liable for losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from deviations in the delivery schedule.
3. Partial Deliveries:
iGulu reserves the right to make partial deliveries. If any product is out of stock, it may result in delays for the entire order.
4. Delivery Location and Risk Transfer:
Products are delivered Ex Works (INCOterms 2020) at iGulu's premises for commercial buyers. The risk of products and their packaging is transferred to the buyer when the products are ready for dispatch. For consumers, the risk transfers upon product receipt.
5. Failure to Collect Products:
Failure to collect ordered products promptly may result in storage by iGulu at the buyer's risk and expense. iGulu may also sell these products to a third party, with the buyer remaining liable for the purchase price, interest, and costs after deducting the net proceeds from the third-party sale.

Usage Terms:
1. License Agreement:
Upon compliance with these terms, iGulu grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the pre-installed software and related hardware for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users may not copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the product, or make its functionality available to multiple users.
2. Service Availability:
While iGulu strives for reliability, its products and services might experience occasional interruptions and failures due to factors beyond its control. iGulu is not liable for damages allegedly caused by these interruptions or delays.
3. System Requirements:
The services require a working Wi-Fi network, a registered user account, compatible mobile devices, always-on broadband internet access for initial setup and remote access, and other specified system elements. Users are responsible for ensuring the compatibility and proper configuration of these elements. The services may not function as described if these requirements are not met.By using iGulu's products and services, you acknowledge and agree to these delivery and usage terms and conditions.
