iGulu is committed to delivering your order in perfect condition to the address provided at checkout. To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend using an address where someone is available during normal business hours to receive the package.

Note: For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military bases. Orders must be associated with a verifiable recipient name and physical address.

Delivery & Tracking

Shipping Delays

iGulu is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

   Weather or natural events .   Customs processing

.   Courier-related delays

Transit times exclude weekends and public holidays.

 

Undelivered / Failed Deliveries

.   If no one is available to accept delivery, your package may be held at the local post office or courier depot for pickup.

.   If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, iGulu is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Secure Delivery

To prevent loss or theft, we recommend using a secure delivery address (e.g., your residence or workplace).

iGulu is not liable for stolen packages if a secure delivery location is not provided.

 

Completed Deliveries 

A deIivery is considered compIete when the shipping carrier marks the package as deIivered, as verified by their tracking system.

Signature Requirement
