What does the US$30 reservation give me?
Your US$60 brewer benefit includes your US$30 reservation payment plus an extra US$30 launch bonus. That means US$30 in additional savings toward an eligible brewer purchase. The reservation does not include a brewer, brew kits or accessories.
Can I use it on a brewer other than S1 Neo?
Yes. The offer celebrates the S1 Neo launch and can be used on eligible one-time purchases of F1, F1 Pro, S1 Neo or S1, including eligible brewer bundles. Standalone brew kits, accessories and subscriptions are excluded.
How do I redeem my benefit?
Use the same email address for the reservation and your brewer order so your eligibility can be matched. One benefit per customer, with a maximum total of US$60 per eligible order. Applicable offers and discount combinations follow the rules in effect when you buy your brewer.
Is my reservation refundable?
If unused, your US$30 reservation payment is refundable on request. A refund cancels the associated benefit. The extra US$30 bonus has no cash refund value.
When does the launch bonus expire?
The extra US$30 launch bonus is valid through December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time. Your unused US$30 payment is not forfeited when the bonus expires.
Does the reservation secure a brewer or delivery date?
This reservation secures the offer benefit only. It does not reserve inventory, a delivery date or a previous month’s price. You choose and purchase your brewer separately.
