Welcome to iGulu BrewPoints! The following terms govern your participation in this loyalty program. By signing up or participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Program Overview

iGulu BrewPoints ("BP") is a free loyalty program offered by iGulu to all registered users. You may accumulate BrewPoints through purchases and specific tasks, and redeem them for discount coupons, beer brewing kits, and other rewards.

• Scope — Orders placed on igulu.com and official iGulu channels.
• Cost — Completely free; no membership fees apply.

2. Eligibility

• Individuals who reside in regions where iGulu offers shipping are eligible to participate.
• Each user may register only one BrewPoints account, which is linked to the email address used for igulu.com registration.
• Creating multiple accounts may result in account suspension or forfeiture of points.

3. Earning Points

3.1 Points from Purchases

Points from purchases are automatically credited within 24 hours after order delivery is confirmed. Membership tier multipliers apply (see Section 6).

Waiting period: Points earned through purchases become available for use 30 days after the order is completed. This waiting period helps confirm that the order is final and free from refunds or disputes.

3.2 Points from Tasks

Complete the following tasks to earn points automatically:

• Account registration — +1,000 BP (once per account)
• Newsletter subscription — +100 BP (once per account)
• Follow Facebook page — +200 BP (once per account)
• Like Facebook page — +200 BP (once per account)
• Share on Facebook — +100 BP (up to 2 times per day)
• Follow Instagram — +200 BP (once per account)
• Follow TikTok — +200 BP (once per account)
• Write a product review — +200 BP (once per order)
• Refer a friend who registers — +400 BP (friend must verify email; no cap)
• Refer a friend who makes their first iGulu machine purchase — once the friend's order passes the refund period with no cancellation, refund, return, or chargeback, you earn +10,000 BP (no cap)

Task points are credited in real time, with system delays not exceeding 10 minutes.

3.3 Retroactive Points for Past Purchases

During special promotions, iGulu may award points for eligible past orders. Details and application deadlines will be announced in the relevant official promotion notice.

4. Redeeming Points

4.1 Discount Coupons

You may redeem points for the following coupons during checkout:

• 2,000 BP → $10 off (minimum order $100)
• 4,000 BP → $20 off (minimum order $200)
• 6,000 BP → $30 off (minimum order $300)
• 10,000 BP → $50 off (minimum order $400)

Coupons are single-use and generated automatically upon redemption.

4.2 Physical Rewards

You may redeem 3,000 BP for one random beer brewing kit (Random Beer Kit).

4.3 Usage Rules

• Only one point-redeemed coupon may be used per order.
• Coupons can be combined with store promotions and other discounts.
• Points cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or converted to cash, and do not constitute any form of property right.
• Points used to redeem a coupon are non-refundable.

5. Points Expiration

All points expire 12 months from the date they are earned (rolling basis). Expired points are automatically forfeited.

Points earned through special events expire according to the specific event terms, typically no longer than 90 days.

We send expiration reminders 30 days and 7 days before points expire. You can check your point balance and expiration dates at any time on your “My Points” page, where point records are kept for the most recent 24 months.

6. Membership Tiers

iGulu BrewPoints features four standard tiers, determined by your lifetime accumulated BP. Redeeming points does not reduce your lifetime accumulated BP, so your tier status is unaffected by redemptions.

Your tier upgrades automatically when your lifetime accumulated BP reaches the required threshold, and takes effect immediately. Under normal use, your tier does not downgrade. Task points also count toward lifetime accumulated BP, so upgrading may be faster than through purchases alone.

Ambassador and Legend are special tiers; specific rules will be announced separately.

7. Referral Program

• Refer a friend who registers — you earn +400 BP once the friend completes registration and verifies their email.
• Refer a friend who purchases their first iGulu machine — you earn +10,000 BP once the friend’s order passes the refund period with no cancellation, refund, return, or chargeback.

Referral rewards have no cap. Self-referral (using your own information to create multiple accounts) is not permitted and is considered a violation.

8. Refunds & Points Handling

• If an order is refunded, the points earned from that order will be deducted.
• A full refund results in the deduction of all points earned from that order; a partial refund results in a proportionate deduction.
• If a deduction due to refund, return, chargeback, or abnormal transaction causes the point balance to become negative, the account may carry a negative balance. Subsequently earned points will first be applied to cover the negative balance.
• If a transaction is not completed due to reasons not attributable to the user, iGulu may, at its discretion, return the corresponding points.
• Points already used to redeem a coupon are not refunded.

9. Special Event Points

iGulu may occasionally offer bonus or multiplier events, including but not limited to double points days, new product launch bonuses, anniversary/holiday events, and tier-exclusive promotions.

Points from special events are calculated separately from regular purchase points. Their validity period is determined by the specific event notice (typically no more than 90 days). In the event of conflict between event rules and these terms, the event rules take precedence.

10. Account Management

• Each user may hold only one BrewPoints account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared.
• If you request account cancellation, your points will be cleared within 30 days of cancellation confirmation.
• Unused coupons that have already been redeemed may still be used within 30 days of cancellation confirmation; after that, they become void.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. iGulu is not liable for point losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your own failure to protect your credentials.

11. Program Changes & Termination

iGulu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time. Any changes will be announced 7 days in advance via the official website and email notification. If the program is terminated, you will be given a reasonable window to use or redeem existing points. Continuing to participate in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Anti-Fraud & Misconduct

iGulu reserves the right to clear points, reset tier status, and/or suspend accounts if any of the following are detected:

• Earning points through fake orders, fraudulent transactions, or similar means
• Registering multiple accounts in bulk to claim sign-up rewards
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or using technical means to gain points improperly
• Any other behavior that violates the spirit of these terms

iGulu’s determination in such matters is final.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

This program is provided “as is.” iGulu is not liable for technical failures, point losses, or delays in reward delivery beyond its reasonable control. Points do not constitute any property right. iGulu is not responsible for third-party platform failures or delays that affect point crediting. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iGulu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from participation in this program or from its modification or termination.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected through this program is subject to the iGulu Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If any part of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
