Option 1 Return the device
Return the iGulu device within 14 days of cancellation.
- A $99 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refundable security deposit.
- Additional deductions may apply for damage, missing parts, or excessive wear.
- Return instructions will be provided by our support team.
Option 2 Buy out the device
Prefer to keep your device? You may choose to purchase it instead of returning it.
- Buyout pricing depends on how many consecutive months you remained active in the subscription.
- The buyout price decreases over time and may reach $0 after 18 consecutive months.
- Contact our support team to confirm your current buyout price.
