Six rules that keep things fair, simple, and predictable.
Points last 12 months
Each batch of BP expires 12 months from the day it was earned (rolling basis). We'll email you 30 days and 7 days before any points expire so you have time to use them.
Master Brewers keep their points forever
Once you reach Master Brewer or Grand Master, your points never expire. Until then, the 12-month rule applies — but you can always redeem before expiry.
One reward, one order
Apply one BP discount code per order. Reward codes can't be combined with other promo codes. Each code is single-use and generated instantly on redemption.
Earned on what you actually pay
BP are calculated on the merchandise total — shipping and taxes don't count. If an order is refunded, the BP earned from it will be deducted from your balance.
Tiers are based on lifetime BP
Your tier is determined by lifetime BP earned, not your current balance. Redeeming rewards never demotes you. Tier upgrades happen automatically.
BP have no cash value
Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. iGulu reserves the right to adjust program rules with at least 7 days' notice via email and our website.

You earn 10 BP for every $1 spent (excluding shipping & tax). You can also earn through writing reviews, following us on social media, subscribing to our newsletter, and referring friends. See the full list in the "Ways to Earn" section above.
Order points are credited within 24 hours after your order is marked as fulfilled. Task points (reviews, follows, referrals) are usually credited within 10 minutes.

No. Only one BP reward code can be applied per order. Reward codes can't be combined with other promo codes. You can use BrewPoints on most iGulu products — a small number of items such as limited editions, gift cards, and certain bundles may be excluded.
Points earned at Home Brewer and Craft Brewer tiers expire 12 months from the date they were earned. Master Brewer and Grand Master members keep their points forever. We'll email you 30 days and 7 days before any points expire.
If you return an item, the BP earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance. If your balance becomes negative, future earnings will offset the difference before you can redeem again.
No. Your tier is based on lifetime BP earned, not your current balance. Redeeming never lowers your tier. However, 12 months of inactivity may move you down one tier.
Yes — we can credit BrewPoints for orders placed before the program launched. Please contact our support team at support@igulu.com with your order number(s) and we'll review and credit your account within 5 business days.
