Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Please note:
. Returns are not accepted on brewer machines unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.

How to Start a Return

2. Include the following in your email:
. Your original order number
. Photos of the item if it's defective or damaged
. A brief reason for your return
3. Once approved, weʼ ll send you:
. A return shipping label
. Detailed return instructions

We do accept exchanges. The fastest way is:
1. Request a return and send back the item.
2. Once approved, place a new order for your desired item
Return Shipping

Refunds
. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method . Depending on your bank, processing time may vary
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This withdrawal period is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.
How to start a return or cancellation:

- If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the link in your SMS order confirmation to request a return.
Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items. The refund will include the standard outbound shipping cost you paid at checkout.
Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Sealed products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
