Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Please note:

.   Returns are not accepted on brewer machines unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.

.   Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as customer preference or change of mind

To qualify for a return:

.   The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

.   It must include all original packaging, tags, and receipt or proof of purchase

 

 How to Start a Return

1.  Email support@igulu.com with the subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

2.  Include the following in your email:

.   Your original order number

.   Photos of the item if it's defective or damaged

.   A brief reason for your return

3. Once approved, weʼ ll send you:

.   A return shipping label

.   Detailed return instructions

4. Ship the item to:

A Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

We do accept exchanges. The fastest way is:

1.  Request a return and send back the item.

2. Once approved, place a new order for your desired item

Return Shipping

.   Free return shipping is provided for eligible returns

.   You ʼ ll receive a downloadable return label once your return is authorized .   No restocking fee will be charged

 

Refunds

.   Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

.   Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method .   Depending on your bank, processing time may vary

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

.   Your item is damaged

.   You received the wrong item
