Having lived and worked in breweries across England and Scotland, I have high standards for a Golden Lager, and this kit delivered. It captures those classic English beer characteristics perfectly: smaller, refined bubbles and a mellow, deeper taste compared to standard lagers. The flavor is exceptionally smooth and feels great in the mouth. I’ve been using a CO2 pressure management technique to get the perfect head, and the results are professional-grade. As a retired mechanical designer and a long-time fan of UK beers, I was pleasantly surprised by this kit. The malt extract and hops come together in liquid form, making it incredibly easy to get a homogeneous mixture without any of the "malt lumps" you get in conventional kits. After a few days of CO2 conditioning, the beer was excellent. It has that authentic English appearance and a pleasing "IPA-ness"—hoppy but not overpowering (under 60 IBU). It passed the ultimate test: it tastes just as good at the bottom of the second pint as it did at the beginning of the first!

I have tried making homemade wine before but it always ends up too sweet and quite frankly not drinkable. When I noticed the advert from iGulu for a sparkling white wine, I wondered if it would be any better. The kit arrived from a local UK supplier and was put straight to use. Very easy to make with very few steps. The day arrived to try my finished brew and wow! It came out fizzing, clear, and golden. It smelt great and tasted so good. Fruity with a background fizz and so easy to drink. This will definitely be on my orders when the Summer comes. Well done iGulu!

First try of the igulu sparkling white wine kit, very fruity and very fresh tasting, aand fermented and cleared perfect on the label scan ,would highly recommend this kit.I have found the igulu white wine pairs perfectly with seafood especially shellfish also chicken and pork.

The IPA is way more approachable than expected — my wife who hates IPAs finished her glass and asked for another.
