First pour, not foamy. Beer do taste more to sweeter side, i think this pale ale taste not bad for an extract brewing.
I'm so angry that the 5 pack of Pale Ale brew packs all have a Best Before date of 2024-09-26. That's 13 days from the date I received them! I emailed [****] when they arrived one week ago and they have not responded at all. Come on iGulu, surely you can do much better than this!
Less than 20 minutes from sterilizing to the start of fermenting. I'll let you know how it goes in 9 days.
