Second batch results

  I did the pale ale this time.  Very happy with the results!  Only thing I did different this time was that I decided to actually stir the wort before brewing.

  Everyone loves the taste, and this one came out around 4.8-5.0 ABV (final Brix: 7.25)

  I'll post a pic later if there's any left to snap a photo of lol.

  Starting a batch of cider tomorrow!

  How is your cider going? I plan to do a cider and mead soon, but got distracted with Kombucha, and I think I want to try to do a Lambic.
