App iOS 2.02 can’t log in


  • Downloaded latest iOS 2.02 App. Registered

    Go to log in using mobile number (can't get email to work) and it says I'm logged in on another mobile device (which I'm not)

    deleted, reinstalled app..... same

    any suggestions?

    You can provide your app account to support@igulu.com, and the igulu team will help you delete the previously registered account information. After that, please try to re-register and log in again.

    Additionally, when registering with your email, are you unable to receive the verification code, or are you encountering a different error message?

    yes when using email to register I do not receive a verification code. Checked spam/junk and nothing there 


  • I have done my own problem solving!  I live in Adelaide South Australia, the app does not work here 

    twice I have been to Melbourne Victoria and it works fine 

    the app is geo cached/fenced and excludes Adelaide 

    Support hasn't been helpful, left me thinking o was a bit crazy. 

    Admins please ask the app devs to update the geo zones to include Adelaide South Australia
