Has anyone ever tried to use a Pinter Brew Kit in the iGulu S1?
I have some, before I bought the S1, and would hate to see them go to waste.

The Pinter brew kits are designed to produce a batch size of approximately 1.5 gallons. During the brewing process, about 188 ounces of water are added and mixed with 28 ounces of liquid malt extract.
In contrast, the iGulu brew kits are designed for a standard batch size of 1 gallon. Brewing involves adding 116 ounces of water and mixing it with 1 pound of dry malt extract.
There are two methods for using Pinter brew kits with iGulu’s F1/S1 machines:
1. If you don’t want to waste any of the liquid malt extract (LME), you can add the entire syrup packet into the iGulu fermentation keg first. Then, fill with water up to the maximum liquid level line (be careful not to exceed the top of the orange logo strip to avoid excessive foam during fermentation, which could block the small vent holes in the lid). After that, add the hop extract, stir thoroughly, and then add the dry yeast. This method may result in a higher original gravity (OG) and alcohol content than specified, so it’s recommended to extend the primary fermentation time by 3–5 days.
2. If you want to achieve the target parameters listed on the brew kit packaging, you will need to leave out some of the LME. Add 116 ounces of water into the iGulu keg, mix in approximately 20 ounces of LME, then add the hop extract. Stir well and finally add the dry yeast.
