Home Brewing has never been easier until now. With the iGulu Brewing App, easily control every stage of the brewing process, while exploring infinite brewing possibilities with Master Mode. Remotely create and customize your favorite recipes by following the steps below.
RECIPE CREATION
To create your own Master Mode brewing recipe is easy. Simply click on Recipe within the footer menu options to initiate the process.
CREATE BREWING PROCESS
Next, click the Create Process button to create a new unique brewing profile based on your own brewing specifications.
DefiNE YOUR STYLE
After creating a unique name for your Master Mode recipe, proceed to press the (+) button to add fermentation stages based on your recipe.
FERMENTATION STAGES
Setting brewing parameters for each brewing stage is easy. Customize number of days and brewing temperature for each stage.
ADD BREWING NOTES
Conveniently add notes, recommended beer styles or add a tag for greater organization. Press Brewing and select device (brewer).
INITIATE BREWING
Before initiating the brewing process by pressing Start, set a preferred drinking temperature from the drop down menu.

1lb of light DME, 1oz of Citra hops and 1/3 pack of safeale 04 yeast for a hazy IPA. Sanitized the mesh bag and tossed it all in. Tried the beer after 14 days just now and it is actually pretty damn awesome! Nice clean beer with a great citra aroma. Worked very well. I sanitized and filled the fermenter with filtered water. 1lb of Briess light DME, 1/3 packet of Safale 04 dry yeast and 1oz of Citra hops, in a sanitized mesh bag, were added to the fermenter. No stirring. (You can always add more hops but I started with 1oz). I sanitized the lid and all attachments and placed the fermenter in the F1. I selected the 2 step fermentation setting and let the machine do its work. When everything was finished I turned off the gas and purged the fermenter to reduce the foam. Poured and enjoyed.

All in one brewery for the home brewer. It makes about 10 bottles of beer. The design and engineering that went into this is pretty impressive from what I've seen so far. I just brewed my first Igulu beer in about 5 minutes! Once you mix the pre-measured ingredients, you scan a little RFID chip that contains all the details of the brewing process, touch "start" on a little touch screen, and then wait. This thing will pressure ferment at the proper temperature for the proper amount of time, then it will cold crash the beer, and the big light bar on the front will turn green when it's carbonated and ready to drink. No kegging, no bottling, no real mess to clean up. I plan to post a detailed video for the next brew session, but I wanted to cut my teeth on this first brew first. I'll give a review of this Amber lager the next time I brew in this thing. Cheers!

2lbs C10 Rice Malt Rising step mash with exogenous enzymes (2ml each Ondea and Ceremix) 0.2oz Northern Brewer Hops at 60 0.2oz Northern Brewer Hops at 10 Cellar Science German Yeast iGulu Fermentation Profile: Lager 3 Stage Aroma and flavor is Bready and Toasted Caramel. Soft mouth feel with a Light Crisp body, just assertive enough hop bite with subtle fruity aromatics… pleasantly dry finish with some lingering toasted notes.

It's quite tasty. Perhaps not as clear as one would hope but that is expected since it's only been in the fermenter for 15 days. It is otherwise quite tasty!
