hi, I finished fermentation of a bottled a Pale Ale as instructed here (also with video)
however, beer from the tap = lots of foam
beer on the bottle, untapped after 5 hours from bottling (no addition of sugar) = no foam at all, plain, no bubbles, frankly quite unhappy with it.
What do you guys suggest ? any particular tip to retain and increase carbonation in the bottle ? Would like to bring bottles to friends, etc and use it for storage
