Customer Support, not so great


  • So, why is customer support ghosting me? I have not received any reply to the last 2 emails that I have sent. Which has been a week now. Initially they were responsive and then nothing. I have a defective machine that I would really like to get replaced with one that works.

    I hope this isn't like one of the other times where they ghosted me constantly and it took me almost 45 days to get a warranty replacement. But I'm getting Deja Vu vibes that this is going to be a repeat of that fiasco.

    While I really like the concept and want to love it, I am really starting to have regrets about buying one.

    Some help would be nice. I feel I shouldn't have to come to the forum to try and light a fire under someone's butt.

     



  • Support is so important, no matter the situation. For students, it can make a huge difference, especially when dealing with a heavy workload. For example, sometimes, having a literature review helper really helps me stay on track and manage my studies better. We all need a little help to succeed!
