Shout out for great support


  • Just want to give a shout-out to the support team. My initial unit failed during the cold-crash, and just didn't cool after that. Support shipped a replacement unit, a return label for the first unit, and replaced the ingredient kit lost to the failure.

    A+ support, thank you very much. Just now enjoying the first successful brew.

  • @Zandr how did you reach out to support because my unit won't cool either.  It did on the Bavarian wheat but I can't get it to cool on batch 2 (ipa).
