Did a video on a very nice, fast fermenting NEIPA a few weeks ago. Had to come up with a slightly different brewing technique to get the hop flavor to come out on the iGulu (not using hop extracts).

Keen to try this one out soon...Have you tried doing a DIPA or a RED IPA? I'm soon to get the new S1 and I'd be keen to know how you would do these stronger craft beers...I saw an NZ DIPA kit online except its a 23L kit...not sure how I could scale that down to 1 gallon (3.8L)

Would this similar to using one of the Craft a Brew kits? The 2 I have use dry hops not extract and I was wondering how to add them. This process is pretty simple looking.
