So I am a complete newbie. I just finished my first batch of amber lager. First pour was all foam so I released all the air from the keg, turned off the C02, and poured a pretty decent beer. I turned the C02 back on and its immediately all foam again. I honestly don't think I should be turning off the CO2 and releasing pressure in the keg before every pour so what am I doing wrong?
My 1st brew finished yesterday. Mine is just the opposite.....no pressure at all. I have pulled and reconnected the pressure line a few times to make sure that it is seated properly and confirmed that my c02 tank has pressure. I am at a loss
@Mike did you flip the lever underneath where the C02 goes to turn it on? I kept getting low C02 errors after releasing pressure manually. Flipped the lever on and the C02 got it back to 12 psi
I have tried running different valve settings on the CO2 valve as well. I have been on the phone with support for a hour now, and they seem to be stumped.
@Mike I've noticed support for this isn't very good. My app didn't even show I was brewing anything. I contacted support and they asked me to send them a million things and then never responded again
I have been unable to download/log-in the APP. They said a fix is coming by end of month.
