Premium mode in the App


  • Hello.

    My machine has been upgraded to premium with kind help, and is showing the diamond mark. However, the premium features are not available in the app.

    I have deleted the device from the app, uninstalled the app, and then reinstalled and connected the machine while the the machine is idel, but the app still says that I have to upgrade to premium.

    What can I do? Thank you for your help.



  • Hi Min,

    Please check the versions of the app and the machine system:

    • App: Go to Profile → Settings → About iGulu. The latest version for iOS is "1.7.1", and for Android, it is "1.7.0". 
    • Machine: Go to Screen → Settings → About → Version.  The latest version is 2.5.9.

    After upgrading both to the latest versions and pairing them, status and functionality synchronization can be achieved.
