Hey Mike! I've been watching a lot of your videos recently, especially regarding the iGulu system. I saw a short you posted 2 weeks ago regarding the "Jumper" line for dry hopping, adding flavoring, etc. would you be willing to post a video demonstrating how you perform this process? I would greatly appreciate it, as I had the same idea when I was looking at the new S1 videos today. I am making hard apple cider currently, but want to add in some ingredients at the end of brewing. I believe all I would do is turn the CO2 off, bleed the pressure, attach the jumper (pre-sanitized), and then turn the CO2 back on on on the initial fermentation keg, but am unsure if the ideal filling pressure would be ~15 psi as suggested in the new bottling videos.
