My first batch came out pretty foamy and I'm not sure it fermented out all the way. I'm currently building an iSpindel so I can track fermentation on my next batch. It would be great to integrate something like this into iGulu to make the temperature profiles dependent on specific gravity rather than just time.
It would also be interesting to know if the iGulu uses the pressure sensor to track fermentation (i.e. checks when the pressure stops rising to notify fermentation is complete). I don't think it does as my first batch went way over 30 PSI which I'm pretty sure triggered the PRV.
