@Jacky Yeah, the original tubing slid off the barb pretty easliy. The new tubing I had to heat up in hot water to soften it up a little bit, and then pressed it on as far as I could. It didn't go ...

@Jack still hoping for a reply to my question of how to actually control the CO2 pressure manually? I can bleed CO2 out of the keg, but it will autmattically re-pressurize with the CO2 cannister. ...

All, I've fermented 3 batches so far, so I was surprised on this last batch (Bavarian wheat) that the recipe temp stages and the actual holding temp isn't aligned... Is this a F1 issue or a recipe...

After 14 days. My first brew just complete. But first pour is all foam. I don't havce CO2 installed. But the screen shows it is CO2. Should I change it to Air instead?
